Giovanni was thrilled and happy , which was not a usual state so much for him. He was what one would call a ” Workaholic”. He was happiest at work or with one of his female companions. The evening gathering with the Water and Sea Flaires ended with gaiety and good tidings, always important. They returned to their watery homes and their ” Land Legs” , transformed back to fins and, or tails. 

Ellarya was enjoying a much needed break from ” life” . Having Giovanni with her was comforting. She had not expected him to re- enter her life as he had. She had not ever expected that the prophecy of their twin sons was to be fulfilled. She thought of Richard Anthony, what sort of big brother he would have made and Gio , felt her grief and came to her with a small drink of her pregnancy Vitamins. He asked her to try not to dwell on the loss of their eldest son, they had Jiery V and Little Ricky and two more little boys and draklings on the way. We have names to choose for them all. He laughed and picked her up and took her over to the breakfast nook and said. Now, “I have made you a light breakfast “. “I would like you to have it, enjoy your time and solitude for the next couple of days. The Vitamins will ward off the pregnancy sickness , you seem to get. I am leaving you here for 2 days only and coming back with a surprise for you. I hope you will be happy with my Surprise “. He looked at her and said, ” you know, I love you, don’t you ?”

Ellarya’s face just dropped as the words came from him. Tears fell and she put her hand over her tummy as her wings reached out to him and drew her to him. She held him and said , “I do”. A quick kiss and Giovanni was off. Elle sat and looked around at the Watery World that she had heard so much about. She had an array of visitors that came to say ” Hello”. She had staff to support her. Giovanni had everything in place. She could relax and get used to the idea that she was having 2 more sons and 2 more little boy draklings. She chuckled to herself thinking what a handful they were all going to be. How would she cope ? She sat and thought about Yra and Dhanya and missed her friend. Yra did not know about what Ary had done the night of the Silver Snowflake Ball. Giovanni had kept it hushed up. Parian had created the Olympian 7 and one of them betrayed them all.

Always the wars of dark and light, one trying to outpower the other. AT this time of year, Rosedrop World, followed the seasons of the Northern Hemisphere that we are familiar . Rosedrop ‘s sister planet of Orchaidia , followed the Southern Hemisphere. They were “twinned ” planets, in the heavens , with their combined auroras ,as they went around their dualled nucleated Blue Sun.

2 days passed quickly . Giovanni showed up with Yra. Elle so pleased to have her friend. They both hugged each other and laughed. Giovanni, knew he was taking a chance bringing them together. He knew why. They didn’t as yet.  He had nervous anticipation energy, that was shooting off him. Elle smiled and kissed him and said,” what is it “? He hugged her , held her , “you remember the last thing , I said to you , before , I left” ? She snuggled into him and said of course ” I do”. You are to remember that always.

Yra was looking around at the sea world and the underwater sanctuary that she had been brought too. She went up to her hosts and kissed them both. She sort of pushed Giovanni aside and hugged Elle , she had missed her friend. They sat down and Yra gave news of the GHS and the staff and how it was all fearing and doing well. She told Elle she would be really pleased when she returns , how , things are going. Giovanni brought them over some drinks. Elle was busy taking in all the news. She did not notice that Giovanni had also handed Yra , some pregnancy Vitamins. He let them chatter on and listened then, he reached for the bubble wand and held it over each of them one at a time. Elle was so pleased to have Yra see her two little blue glowing spots. Yra was equally pleased when Giovanni showed Elle , Yra’s 2 glowing pink spots. HE was literally holding his breath, as he did this. They looked at the 4 glowing spots : 2 blue with Elle and 2 pink with Yra and yes- they were all his children. The two friends looked up at him and said , ” your kidding “! They just laughed and said ” WOW”! Well, well, Giovanni , haven’t you been a busy bee “! SNAP, they both said it simultaneously . They grabbed their pinkies and did a twist, a kiss and wiggle and flutter of their wings and laughed. A “JINX” in the air, not landing on either of them! Giovanni, threw SALT over his shoulder, wasn’t landing on him either. Let “IT” find someone else to play ” tricks ” on.

Giovanni sat down and explained that Parian would have to return to his barracks for the foreseeable future to sort out the Olympian 7. The High Council has called on him to prosecute Lt Kharmarhan for her deception and betrayal to Ary and Elle . He also had to find and a replacement and train them.

He told Yra that she would return to Elle’s homestead and continue to be happy there. Giovanni, usurped it from Ellarya ,more or less. ELLE had LOST HER HOME , that she had built up and worked for herself. This was for her friend , so , she didn’t object , as such. Giovanni had promised her a replacement and payment. Funds also due from Lord Admiral Stefano. She fully expected that a replacement and compensation would be worked out at some later date by them both, for helping Ary/ Yra both.

Giovanni, told Ellarya that he would be sticking around for the next little while taking up his own rooms in both homes. He needed to spend time with both his daughters, Jade included. Jiery V needed , a father figure about him. The Draklings, needed to return to the Caves more and begin their own training by all the Elder Drakes He needed to see them grow and develop in light and dark to keep the balance. He made it clear to both of them, he would not stand bickering about or over him. They looked at him and laughed. Ellarya reminded him that she had a whole other life with Parian. Giovanni said , well, he has work to do. Important work and he is not to be interrupted by anyone. Elle , then, also reminded Giovanni, she was Prime and that Parian , as well , as Giovanni, would need to report all on goings, proceedings to her, as , well as ,Yra. Yra definitely being, her 2nd , so , she would have to know also. Ellarya Prime and Yra dPrime and 2nd Primeship made it clear to him that they were still both, in charge. Giovanni was bemused with that sentiment. Let them think that he thought. It was not that way at all. So, they would find out.

Giovanni sat with his hand- fast wife and his mistress of darkness , as the best of friends took turns with the bubble glow wand , looked at their glowing blue and pink spots. He watched them , thinking there were more like sisters, than he ever expected or foresaw. They seemed so excited to be expecting together. They looked at him. Each gave him a ” weird” sort of smile ,realizing that this was the way it was . Their children were siblings , half siblings , being raised together more or less. More so together , than , they realized , only Giovanni. knew what he had in mind for them. Happy about babies and drakings. They decided to forgive him his transgressions. Gio started to breathe again, this being the easiest part of his present “Journey”. Yes, he had big plans for them all, mostly himself ,being completely self indulgent – one of his finest attributes, he chuckled to himself. If only , they knew! ( They did, they loved him, anyway! )

Up in Devia’s Cave, two small dragon eggs had been produced and glowed pink. This meant that there were still two dormant dragon eggs with Mymsha waiting for activation. Devia had a small little deep rose coloured drakling that belonged to Dhanya Loti and her name was : Lotus . Dark draklings were known as the Darklings: dragons’ ‘babies of dark origin. Devia had kept the Darkling secret as per Giovanni’s wishes. He had his reasons. He would be in control of the Darklings. He had Devia, one darkling and two on the way. He had somewhat control of Ellarya Prime too, who was actually someone , no one could control, which made her fun, frustrating and somewhat enchanting. He had Yra and Ary completely under his control and he had overridden Stefano and Parian in the running of Rosedrop World. He held all the purse strings. Ary, he left in solitude. She was in hiding as well , as suspension now. Giovanni felt empowered and in control of both his world’s and in due course was going to move onto Rosedrop World’s sister planet of Orchaidia. He would have to overcome their Primes as well. Giovanni was heading to be the Master of his Divine Destiny as he saw it . He was going to use the women in his life and their emotions to do so. Is it not what all artists , performing artists do ? Make us feel and emotional and dream. Giovanni loved to dream, live out his dreams . He worked very hard to bring those dreams into reality. Who he decided he was going to play with,was still under his control. He held the power hand as far as he was concerned. Power being the key component for Giovanni, the Dark Scorpion Flairy.

He had been nervous about bringing Yra into his Water Sanctuary. He felt it was the best way to let Elle know about his unexpected daughters. They were not planned at all. He had just dropped by to see Dhanya and found Yra in a bad way.He comforted her . Helped straighten out the home , which was in disarray .She was worried about her home and being thrown out. He assured her Elle would never let that happen. Gio knew Ellarya would work very hard to keep a roof over their heads. Elle now being directly responsible for her home, Ary’s home and Yra’s home. Giovanni kept the balance ,the peace. Ellarya would be pregnant , expecting twins and responsible for more than one household, not just hers. She would be too trusting to ever think untoward about him being with Yra again. Giovanni more than comforted Yra. He had every intention of making sure , she gave him more children. Dhanya Loti needed sisters, as well ,as brothers from Ellarya.

The 3rd and last Seasonal Ball was at the weekend coming. This Ball is always held in the 2nd weekend of any New Year. They held it , at this time, to bring their communities and children together to get over the recent winter festivities and seasonal doldrums. It was more of a casual affair but fun aimed at families to break up with winter doldrums that lead into dark thoughts and actions and deeds. IT was the New Year Fun Ball : it was Winter in Rosedrop World and Summer in Orchaidia. The New Year Fun Ball- drew both worlds together and celebrated their close proximity and kinship between the planets in the greater reach for balance between the Diablo 7 and Celestial 7. Each planet lay on opposite sides of the Jai ladder in their Heavens and at Solstice times and Equinox times , the magnetic forces between them joined and the auroras formed the figure of 8 within the heavens.

Giovanni was going to reign Supreme, for in Orchaidia, they were more old -fashioned and as males could hold the seat of Power there, as well , as females.

Dhanya Loti’s little Darkling , Lotus was Ruby red pink, and cute as a button. She had dark markings , her tail was shaped like a scorpion stinger. Lotus remained, Devia’s and Giovanni’s secret for now. Devia had to isolate the knowledge in her mind , away from the Conjoining Drakes’ 7th Eye. Very difficult to keep things from the Empress, Rubyna.

New Moon, new beginnings in more way than one. Giovanni looked at Ellarya , showing Yra around the Sanctuary. He would have to return to his other life soon , but in this life for now , he was happy and pleased. Children bound him to these women and their worlds.

Giovanni really was more of dark than light.

Wait for it.

Its coming.

He is coming.

He ,would, arrive in the form of Tristan Brandyn, with his entourage. Giovanni had a battle on for Elle’s affections. 

We already know the outcome but how that transpires , is the next part of this tale, ” New Beginnings ” now underway. We have now reached the “Beginning”, of our tale.
